We were a monthly rental. We were blown away with how clean and comfortable the house was and the amazing amount of kitchen items there was including the amount of condiments available! We did have a slight problem with the lock however Jarod/Ryan was there within minutes to help out. The backyard was great for our pup and just big enough for his zoomies as well as for us to sit outside to 'watch' the beautiful mountain views! The washer/dryer was key. At the last minute we needed to stay an extra week and we worked with Jarod/Ryan and within minutes had a solution to our housing issue. Truly a home away from home!

Everything was as Jarod stated. Newly remodeled bathroom. Love getting in with the electronic door code making it easy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place with really comfortable bed, great recliners, and well stocked kitchen. Jarod was great host and super responsive.

Great place to stay if you’re in Tucson!

Great place to stay! Home is super clean and looks just like the photos. All the furnishings were nice and comfortable. Had a few hiccups with the check in time and check out time but was able to quickly address them with the host. The host wasn’t as proactive on my stay as he was with other guests per their review but nonetheless he was very responsive with any questions I had. I would recommend this place to future visitors based off the location and comfort. Also this is a duplex it’s not an entire private home. Thanks for hosting Jarod!

Jarod was such an amazing host and expressed the most genuine hospitality ever! He was very accommodating, checking on us to make sure if we needed an earlier check-in or later check-out. His space was beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay during my two week trip to Tucson. In a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to University of Arizona campus. Clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and a nice washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again.

What else can I say but WOW! This place was so clean and the perfect size for me and my husband. We absolutely had the best time visiting Tucson going about the town and coming back to this place was so cozy and comfy to unwind from the day. Jarod the host was very helpful with any questions we had and answered us right away. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place!!

Jarod and his place is by far one of my favorite airbnbs I have had the pleasure of staying in. Jarod himself was a thoughtful, respectful, and easy host. He checked in on us to see if we needed anything; we ran out of detergent and he had it delivered within the hour. The place itself was gorgeous, it looked and smelled of a brand new home. everything was extremely clean, and there were all the accommodations one could think of: washer/dryer, air purifier, mixer, even fresh eucalyptus hung in the shower! everything was very modern and minimalistic as well. could not have asked for a better place or host. I wish I could live there fulltime! Will definitely be back.

We stayed 2 nights at Jarod’s place. We enjoyed how nice the space was and how quiet it ended up being. The location is near everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. Thank you for having us (:
