i stay here every time I'm in Tuscon for work, its wonderful every time! this is my favorite airbnb to stay at and the hosts are great and easy to talk to! extremely comfortable recliners and beds, the home theater is awesome, everything works, very clean, great all around! no complaints at all!

This was such a comfortable, pet friendly place to stay near the university. You can walk to Time Market near Fourth Avenue in 15 minutes (good location), the beds are comfortable, and the projection TV is amazing! The unit wasn't ready on time, which was very disappointing given the UofA family weekend premium we paid, and there were some items that weren't stocked, like toilet paper. But the management company apologized, delivered more TP and gave us a good rate for an extra day we added on. Thank you for a nice weekend in Tucson.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The home was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, warm, and so inviting. Even the scent when we walked in was perfect, soft and luxurious without being overwhelming (and I’m usually sensitive to scents!). The backyard was such a treat, our dogs got to enjoy it right along with us while we stargazed at night and sipped coffee in the quiet morning. The neighborhood is peaceful, yet close to so many fun things to do. Honestly, the only thing missing was a user manual on how to peel my husband off the recliner, he may still be there if I hadn’t dragged him out!

I stay all over for work and this one is my new favorite. the home theater is awesome and easy to use, the recliners are comfortable, the bed is very comfortable with large memory foam pillows, everything works, the decor is cool, blackout curtains everywhere if you work nights like me sometimes, there's nothing negative to say. everything is so high quality, like the towels, that I was looking for brand names to get it at home. the host is very friendly and responsive. I will stay here every time I'm in tuscon

I come to Tucson a lot for work and this place was awesome. The big screen movie theater style TV and surround sound was kick ass. The Decor was out of this world. I felt like I was in Hollywood surrounded by all these posters of actors and actresses. Definitely coming back to this place. Splendor was a pleasure to deal with.

I absolutely loved the whole movie theatre theme and vibe of the home. I was comfortable from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left and knew right away I was going to enjoy my stay. The house is so nice and cozy and perfect for tuning out the distractions of the world and just relaxing. The house is conveniently located close to shopping, dining and entertainment amongst several other things to do. It’s the perfect house for you and a lover to spend some quality time together. The best way to describe it is it’s like going to the movies but getting to stay the night in the movie theater and watch movies all night. I really really enjoyed my stay there and it was much needed at the time I went. The host were very responsive and kind my entire stay. I’d highly recommend this home to anybody looking for a nice, quiet peaceful getaway.

Excellent place to stay very quiet neat clean and comfortable close by to restaurants, shopping and everything else in between love the overall look of the place both inside and out definitely the best place. I’ve stayed yet.

We were so pleased to find such a wonderful home for our last minute trip! The living area was so comfortable to hang out and enjoy the theater experience from the multiple reclining seats. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed and the driveway parking was perfect for us. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made us feel welcomed. We would definitely stay again!

We needed a place to stay for a week due to a family emergency. Within minutes Jarod /Ryan worked with us and had this place lined up for us It was wonderful, so clean and comfortable! And dog friendly! Thank you to the team !

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and I think Jerrod’s was one of the most well thought out places. So many nice touches you could just feel the thoughtfulness. Super clean, the bedrooms even had air filters. Jerrod and his team were super helpful and had extremely quick responses.. We are coming back next year and we decided that the only place to stay is at one of Jarrod’s.. Couldn’t recommend this place any higher..

Jarod was extremely friendly and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. The location was absolutely perfect to Arizona stadium with lots of food options very close. So staying in Tucson at this house was awesome. Was close to the University of Arizona, lots of great restaurants and bars, easy access to freeway, main roads, and groovy vibe. Really close to downtown and all the action to be expected in Tucson, Arizona. The house was great. I really like the projector and big screen. The home was cozy, and had all the available amenities listed. The host was second to none always available with answers to my questions. I will definitely be back at this place soon.
