Rental Policies

Welcome to Splendor Homes! Immerse yourself in the epitome of luxurious living with our beautifully furnished units that exude elegance and sophistication. To guarantee a delightful and enjoyable experience for every guest, we kindly request that you review and abide by the following rental policies:


General Rules and Policies

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 am. To allow
adequate time for our team to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest, we typically cannot
accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

 Early Check-In:

Up to 1 hour early (by 3 PM): Complimentary if available
 Up to 6 hours early (as early as 10 AM): $75 fee

 Late Check-Out:

 Up to 4 hours late (by 3 PM): $75 fee

Pet Policy

We love dogs! They're welcome with an additional cleaning fee, which varies by unit.
 For stays longer than 1 week, a deeper cleaning fee and larger security deposit may apply.
 Limit: 2 dogs per reservation, with a combined weight of no more than 60 lbs.
 Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and must clean up after them.
 Please note: Cats are not allowed due to allergies among our cleaning staff and some guests.

 Smoking

 In compliance with all our owner clients and partners, smoking is strictly prohibited at Splendor Homes

Events

Planning something special? We’d love to help!
 If you're hosting a gathering or event, please reach out with the details. Depending on the size
and nature, we may request an additional security deposit to ensure the space is respected
and well-maintained.

 Self Check-in

 Yes! Most of our properties offer convenient self-check-in via smart lock or lockbox. We’ll send detailed
instructions prior to your arrival.


Amenities and Usage

Pool (if one is on property)
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these rules:
 Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
 No lifeguard – Swim at your own risk. Kids under 14 must be supervised.
 No diving, running, or rough play.
 Shower before entering. No glass, food, or smoking in the pool area.
 Use provided pool towels – no indoor towels outside.
 Swimwear only. No diapers unless they are swim-safe.
 No pets in the pool.
 Do not touch pool equipment. Contact host if issues arise.
 Drink responsibly – no glass containers in pool or on pool deck.
 Use at your own risk. The owner is not liable for accidents.


Payment and Cancellation

Payment Policy
(<30 days) In order to confirm reservations payments and credit card information must be
fully paid.

(>30 days) In order to confirm reservations first month payment and security deposit must
 Security Deposit

 All stays less than <30 days will have a security deposit of $300 that will be placed on the
provided credit card

 Pets will incur additional $150 for all stays <30 days.

All stays less than >30 days will have a security deposit of the monthly rent that will be
deposited with Spendor Homes.

Pets will incur an additional $500 for all stays >30 days.

Cancellation Policy (>1 to <12 months)

We understand that plans may change, and our cancellation policy is designed to
accommodate potential changes while maintaining fairness for both parties. If you have any
questions regarding cancellations, please contact Splendor Homes Host.

a. Full Refund: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking to qualify for a full
refund. If your cancellation qualifies for a full refund, the refund will be returned to your
original payment method.

b. Partial Refund: For cancellation requests past the 48-hour window from the time of
booking, the first 30 days are non-refundable, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

 d. Cutting Your Stay Short: We offer accommodating policies for guests who need to shorten
their stay due to emergencies. In such cases, the guest should edit their booking to an
earlier check-out date, and we will approve the change rather than canceling the reservation
altogether.


Cancellation Policy (<1month)

We understand that plans may change, and our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate potential changes while maintaining fairness for both parties. If you have any questions regarding cancellations, please contact Splendor Homes Host..

 a. Full Refund: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking and more than 21 days before check-in of reservation to qualify for a full refund. If your cancellation qualifies for a full refund, the refund will be returned to your original payment method.

 b. Partial Refund: For cancellation requests past the 48-hour window from the time of booking, but more than 21-14 days before check-in will be eligible for 50% refund and full security deposit.


Maintenance and Repairs

Spendor Homes is committed to maintaining ourluxury units to the highest standards. In theunlikely event that you encounter anymaintenance or repair issues during your stay, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Tenants are responsible for reporting any maintenance or repair issues to Splendor Homes immediately.Maintenance repair requests can be submitted through
the user dashboard on our website.
Tenants must not attempt to make any repairs themselves or hire external contractors without written permission from Splendor Homes . Splendor Homes will address reported maintenance or repair issues as soon as possible.


Liability & Safety

Guest Liability
